Smartwings and Czech Airlines are now part of Czech Airlines holding.
In the context of the new governance structure of our companies, České aerolinie a.s. (Czech Airlines j.s.c., CSA) has become a holding company, which has acquired 100% of the shares of Smartwings, a.s. (Smartwings) and has assumed the role of strategic management of both companies.
In order to increase the efficiency of the new structure, all existing business activities of CSA have been consolidated into Smartwings. The consolidation took effect on 1 November 2024 and was carried out by incorporating the activities of CSA into the capital of Smartwings.
