Czech Airlines, as the flag carrier of the Czech Republic, offers connections from Prague, and also through Prague, to major destinations in Europe, Central Asia, Transcaucasia, and the Middle East. In collaboration with its partners, the airline currently offers connections to 78 destinations in 44 countries.

Since 2001, Czech Airlines has been a member of the global airline alliance SkyTeam, offering customers of its partner airlines access to an extensive global network with more destinations, more frequencies, and more connectivity. Passengers can accumulate and redeem frequent flyer miles throughout the SkyTeam network. SkyTeam member airlines offer customers more than 503 VIP lounges worldwide. The eighteen members are: Aeroflot, Aerolíneas Argentinas, Aeroméxico, Air Europa, Air France, Alitalia, China Airlines, China Eastern, China Southern, Czech Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Kenya Airways, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Korean Air, Middle East Airlines, Saudi Arabia, TAROM, and Vietnam Airlines. SkyTeam offers its 537 million annual customers over 15,000 daily flights to 993 destinations in 186 countries.
